Refund policy

Demonstration refund guidelines for membership dues and advertising placements.

Demonstration policy text

Membership fees and advertising charges, once live payment processing is enabled, will follow association billing rules communicated at checkout and in invoices.

Membership dues

Annual or periodic dues are generally non-refundable after a profile is activated, except where required by law or where DPPA cancels a membership without cause.

Advertising

Featured placements are sold for defined periods. Unused inventory due to DPPA technical failure may be extended or credited at DPPA’s discretion.
